NEW HOMES
J. Pierrot Homes specializes in luxury custom homes throughout Central Indiana, where every project begins with thoughtful design. Guided by architecture, timeless interiors, and a highly personalized design-build process, we collaborate closely with each client to create a home that reflects their lifestyle, celebrates exceptional craftsmanship, and is thoughtfully designed to be lived in for generations.
As a boutique design-build firm, we intentionally guide every stage of the custom home journey, from architectural planning and interior design to material selections, construction, and the final details, with one cohesive vision. By taking the time to understand how each family lives, gathers, and creates memories, we design homes that feel warm, functional, and deeply personal. The result is more than a custom home; it's a timeless residence built with exceptional quality, enduring craftsmanship, and spaces thoughtfully created to enrich everyday life for years to come.
J. Pierrot Homes designs and builds timeless homes for today’s modern family.
We approach every home as a true partnership, guiding our clients through each phase with intention, clarity, and care. From initial concepting and architectural design to final walkthrough and furnishings, every step is thoughtfully managed to ensure a seamless and elevated experience.
OUR CUSTOM HOME DESIGN & BUILD APPROACH
The Art of Home.
We believe a home should be both beautiful and deeply livable. It should feel warm, inviting, and designed for the life that happens within it. Our goal is to create homes that stand the test of time, both in design and in the memories they hold.
A curated, customized experience, from conception through completion.

Timeless. Layered. Enduring.
Our homes are inspired by classic and historic architecture, thoughtfully reimagined for modern living. While each home is unique, they share a cohesive sensibility. They feel connected, yet each tells its own story.
