What began as a design-focused practice grew into something more complete. A desire to shape not only the interiors of a home, but the architecture, the structure, and the experience from the very beginning. Today, J. Pierrot Homes is a boutique, design-led home-building firm offering a fully integrated approach, bringing together design, architecture, and construction under one vision.
Each home begins with intention. Inspired by classic architecture and European influence, the process is guided by proportion, detail, and a deep understanding of how a space should live and feel. From the earliest concept drawings to the final layer of finishes, every element is thoughtfully crafted. Materials are chosen for their depth and character. Textures are layered to create warmth. Details are not added for effect, but designed to belong.
While the aesthetic is recognizable, no two homes are ever the same. Each is shaped by the client, the property, and the story it is meant to tell.
The experience is just as important as the design. J. Pierrot Homes is intentionally boutique, taking on a limited number of projects each year so every client receives a highly personalized, hands-on approach. Clients work directly with Jodi throughout the process, creating a relationship built on trust, collaboration, and clear communication. It is meant to feel seamless, supportive, and deeply considered from start to finish.

I believe every home should reflect the people who live there, thoughtfully balancing beauty, function, and enduring craftsmanship to create spaces that are meant to be lived in and loved for generations.
