What began as a design-focused practice grew into something more complete. A desire to shape not only the interiors of a home, but the architecture, the structure, and the experience from the very beginning. Today, J. Pierrot Homes is a boutique, design-led home-building firm offering a fully integrated approach, bringing together design, architecture, and construction under one vision.
Each home begins with intention. Inspired by classic architecture and European influence, the process is guided by proportion, detail, and a deep understanding of how a space should live and feel. From the earliest concept drawings to the final layer of finishes, every element is thoughtfully crafted. Materials are chosen for their depth and character. Textures are layered to create warmth. Details are not added for effect, but designed to belong.
While the aesthetic is recognizable, no two homes are ever the same. Each is shaped by the client, the property, and the story it is meant to tell.
The experience is just as important as the design. J. Pierrot Homes is intentionally boutique, taking on a limited number of projects each year so every client receives a highly personalized, hands-on approach. Clients work directly with Jodi throughout the process, creating a relationship built on trust, collaboration, and clear communication. It is meant to feel seamless, supportive, and deeply considered from start to finish.
Behind every home is a team of skilled craftsmen and long-standing trade partners who share the same commitment to quality and care. Each project is approached with respect for the work, the people involved, and the level of detail required to bring it all together.

Hi! I'm Jodi Pierrot, Founder and Principal Designer of J. Pierrot Homes. For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of designing homes that are as timeless as they are personal. I believe every home should reflect the people who live there, thoughtfully balancing beauty, function, and enduring craftsmanship to create spaces that are meant to be lived in and loved for generations.
Our Approach
We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on to ensure each home receives our full attention. This allows us to build strong, personalized relationships with our clients and deliver a level of service that feels thoughtful, responsive, and truly high-touch.

JODI PIERROT
Owner/Founder and Principal Designer
Jodi Pierrot is the Founder, Principal Designer, and creative vision behind J. Pierrot Homes. Guided by a design-first philosophy, she brings architecture, interiors, and construction together under one cohesive vision to create homes that feel timeless, elevated, and deeply personal.
A graduate of Indiana University's Apparel Merchandising & Interior Design program, Jodi began her career with leading fashion brands in Chicago and on the West Coast before ultimately returning to her passion for residential design. Her work has since been featured in The Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis Monthly, and other regional publications, reflecting her reputation for thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship.
Today, Jodi personally leads every project from concept through completion, partnering closely with each client to create homes that are tailored to the way they live. Inspired by classic European architecture and an unwavering attention to detail, she believes every home should feel warm, intentional, and beautifully enduring. By intentionally accepting a limited number of projects each year, Jodi ensures every client receives a highly personalized experience and a home thoughtfully designed to stand the test of time.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jacqueline Stoll is the Operations Manager at J. Pierrot Homes, where she oversees the systems, organization, and client experience that help every project run seamlessly from beginning to end. Blending her background in interior design with more than a decade of experience in design, management, and operations, Jacqueline plays an integral role in supporting the team, coordinating project details, and creating the thoughtful processes that allow each client to feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in Greenfield, Indiana, Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Purdue University. Inspired by a lifelong love of art and design, she discovered early on that interior design was the perfect balance of creativity and analytical thinking. Today, she combines those strengths by building the behind-the-scenes structure that allows J. Pierrot Homes to deliver the elevated, highly personalized experience the firm is known for.
Passionate about organization and continuous improvement, Jacqueline is always looking for ways to refine processes, strengthen communication, and create meaningful experiences for both clients and the team. She is proud to work alongside Jodi and the talented J. Pierrot Homes team, helping bring thoughtfully designed homes to life while ensuring every detail ~ both seen and unseen ~ is handled with care and intention.
Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Austin, their Havanese, Minnie, and her two nieces, who she absolutely adores.
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Lily Sabotin is the Junior Designer at J. Pierrot Homes, where she partners with Jodi Pierrot to thoughtfully transform ideas into beautifully detailed homes. From technical design drawings and product specifications to renderings, design presentations, and on-site collaboration, Lily plays an integral role in bringing each project's vision to life with creativity and precision.
Originally from Monrovia, Indiana, Lily discovered her passion for design while studying Interior Architecture at Purdue University. What began as a leap of faith quickly became a lifelong passion for creating spaces that are both beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Inspired by European architecture, travel, and timeless interiors, she approaches every project with curiosity, creativity, and an eye for meaningful detail.
One of Lily's favorite aspects of working at J. Pierrot Homes is the opportunity to move seamlessly between the design studio and the job site, ensuring every thoughtfully considered detail is carried from concept through construction. She values the collaborative culture of the JPH team and shares the firm's belief that exceptional homes begin with intentional design, careful craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to the families they are created for.
Outside of the studio, Lily enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, climbing, and staying active ~ experiences that continually inspire her creative perspective.
Megan Benish
MARKETING & BRAND MANAGER
Megan Benish is the Brand and Marketing Manager for J. Pierrot Homes, partnering closely with Jodi Pierrot to shape and elevate every aspect of the firm's brand experience. From developing the J. Pierrot Homes brand identity and website to leading strategic marketing, creative direction, digital content, and print collateral, Megan ensures every client touchpoint reflects the same thoughtful, elevated standard that defines the homes themselves.
Originally from Akron, Ohio, Megan earned degrees in Fine Art Photography and Art History from The University of Akron. With more than 20 years of experience in operations, marketing strategy, creative direction, and photography, she brings a unique perspective that blends storytelling, design, and business strategy. Inspired by classical architecture, fine art, and timeless interiors, Megan believes the strongest brands ~ like the most memorable homes ~ are built with intention, authenticity, and enduring purpose.
At J. Pierrot Homes, Megan is proud to share the firm's vision, celebrate its work, and ensure every expression of the brand reflects the warmth, craftsmanship, and timeless design that define the JPH experience.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys photography, painting, cooking, traveling with her family, and finding inspiration through museums, architecture, and the outdoors.
